Registration Information

Registration begins January 6, 2003.

Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

All classes are limited in size. Register early and include all pertinent information including phone numbers to insure your reserved seat in the class.

MAIL the completed registration form with a check payable to USNA or credit card information to:

FAX completed registration form with credit card information to 615-321-8008.

PHONE 615-321-8019 or 615-321-8014 with class and credit card information.
Only payment by credit card will be accepted by phone.
Office hours are 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

DO NOT LEAVE REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON VOICE MAIL.

Mail and fax registration forms will be processed by date received.

A complete listing of classes and additional registration forms are available on our web site at www.usn.org.

Confirmation letters with directions to the class will be mailed to all registrants.


General Policies
Students are not considered registered until full payment is received. Teachers cannot accept enrollment fees, therefore students must be enrolled prior to class. Evening Classes reserves the right to cancel classes, adjust curricula or schedules, or limit enrollment where necessary.


Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will be given only if a class is canceled by the instructor or by USN. Refunds will be processed after March 11. In the event of inclement weather, please call 321-8014 after 4:00 p.m. regarding class cancellations.


University School of Nashville does not employ the teachers of Evening Classes and does not direct, endorse, warrant, or control the conduct or content of the classes. In registering for any Evening Class, the registrant acknowledges the foregoing and releases and waives any claim against the University School of Nashville arising out of or related to participation in the Evening Classes program.
