Vanderbilt will offer free physicals to USN student-athletes on May 3, starting at 1:15. This is a good way for athletes to complete their required annual physicals. The address is Vanderbilt Sports Medicine, Medical Center East, South Tower, Suite 3200. If you have questions, email jscouten@usn.org.

Instead of getting these free physicals, students entering 7th and 9th grade next year will need to visit their doctors and have an EPSDT physical, with a form filled out by the physician. Click here for the form.
